TERMS OF SERVICE & DATA DISCLAIMER — DEALER NETWORK SERVICE
1. Informational Data Aggregator Status:
Dealer Network Service ("DNS") operates solely as an independent B2B data aggregator and software communications platform. DNS is not a licensed motor vehicle dealership, broker, wholesale auction house, or financial escrow agent.
2. Eligibility & Exclusive Commercial Use (Licensed Dealers Only):
Dealer Network Service ("DNS") and its Wholesale Dealer Exchange are strictly restricted to licensed motor vehicle dealers, licensed wholesalers, licensed automotive recyclers, and authorized dealership personnel holding an active license under Minnesota Statute § 168.27 (or corresponding state motor vehicle licensing statutes for out-of-state operators). General public, consumer, and retail access is strictly prohibited. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant under penalty of law that you are an authorized agent of a bona fide, licensed motor vehicle dealership. Any attempt by an unlicensed individual or retail consumer to access wholesale dealer pricing, peer-to-peer trade communications, or vehicle appraisal data constitutes unauthorized access. DNS reserves the right to immediately terminate access, blacklist the user's IP address, and pursue applicable legal remedies for commercial misappropriation.
3. Third-Party Listing & Pricing Accuracy:
All vehicle listings, private marketplace posts, dealer inventory feeds, vehicle descriptions, and diagnostic details are aggregated from publicly available third-party websites or direct dealer submissions. DNS does not physically inspect vehicles, verify title validity, or guarantee vehicle availability. Market valuation estimates and pricing rankings are algorithmically calculated for informational reference only.
4. Independent Dealer-to-Dealer Wholesale Transactions:
All wholesale transactions arranged between participating dealerships occur strictly peer-to-peer (B2B). DNS is not a party to any contract of sale, purchase agreement, payment exchange, or title conveyance. All vehicles traded via the Wholesale Exchange are traded strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS between licensed motor vehicle dealers without warranty or representation of merchantability by DNS.
5. Title, Lien, and Payment Responsibility:
DNS assumes zero liability for title transfers, floorplan payoffs, lien releases, state licensing compliance, or dealer payment disputes. Buying and selling dealerships are solely responsible for executing valid title documentation and verifying vehicle condition prior to delivery.
6. Subscription & Cancellation Policy:
Dealer Network Service operates on a month-to-month subscription basis with no long-term contracts. Subscribed dealerships may cancel their recurring monthly access at any time prior to the start of their next 30-day billing cycle.

PRIVACY POLICY — DEALER NETWORK SERVICE
1. Information We Collect:
We collect business contact information provided during registration, including dealership name, contact manager name, business email address, phone number, and dealership postal address. We also store selected sourcing zones, inventory buying preferences, and wholesale inventory records submitted to the platform.
2. Verification of Dealer Credentials & Data Protection:
To preserve the confidentiality of commercial dealer pricing, DNS collects and verifies dealership credentials, including state dealer license numbers, corporate entity registrations, and business rooftop addresses. Wholesale inventory data, wholesale bids, and dealer trade discussions are classified as restricted commercial data and are never distributed, displayed, or made accessible to retail consumers or public search engines.
3. How We Use Dealership Data:
Information collected is used strictly to configure automated vehicle sourcing deal alerts, deliver weekly market positioning reports, route relevant wholesale inquiries, and administer monthly subscription billing.
4. No Selling of Customer Data:
Dealer Network Service does not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose dealership contact records, sourcing preferences, or inventory acquisition targets to third-party marketing companies, consumer lead brokers, or competing software platforms.
5. Security & Billing Compliance:
Payment data is processed directly via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe). Dealer Network Service does not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords on internal servers.
